LYNN MORAN
Lynn Moran MBA, ACC is a Co-Owner and Co-Founder of Arizona Coaching and Consulting Center and is a certified coach and certified Six Sigma Greenbelt. With over 30 years of extensive business experience, she brings a wealth of knowledge and a history of success to her coaching and consulting clients. Lynn spent her business career working in the consumer product and gift industries. During her tenure with Mars, Inc., Lynn was promoted to President of Ethel M Chocolates, a Mars, Inc. boutique retail/direct-to-consumer gourmet confectionary company. As President of Ethel M Chocolates, Lynn was also a member of the Management Team for Masterfoods, a multi-billion dollar company managing a brand portfolio that included M&M’s Chocolate Candies, Snickers and Milky Way Bars, Dove Ice Cream, Whiskas, Pedigree and Uncle Ben’s food products. While President of Ethel M®, Lynn launched a literacy program titled “Feed Your Mind” and in 2002, she was named one of the Most Influential Businesswomen in Southern Nevada. Prior to Ethel M®, Lynn held leadership positions in Sales, Human Resources and Licensing.
In addition to Mars, Lynn held a leadership position with Russ Berrie and Company, Inc., a premier gift business. At Russ, Lynn was the Executive Vice President of Sales and had responsibility for the field Sales organization, internal Sales support and a network of showrooms across the country.
Lynn also owns Sonoran Life Transition and Performance Coaching, LLC and is a Co-Owner and Co-Founder of Arizona Coaching and Consulting Center, LLC where she focuses primarily on executive, leadership, individual and team performance coaching. In addition, she coaches around change and project initiatives.
Lynn has a BS degree in Business Administration and a MBA degree from Fairleigh Dickinson University. She is a Board Member of the Institute for the Advancement of AD/HD Coaching and Southwest Job Network and is a member of FDU Now and The President's Circle at Centenary College.

Denise (Dee) Crane
Dee Crane is the co-owner of Arizona Coaching & Consulting Center.
Dee has been coaching and training individuals of all ages for over 35
years. A Professional Personal Coach and consultant since 1998, Dee has
achieved the Associates Certified Coach Credential (ACC) with the
International Coaching Federation (ICF) and the designation of Senior
Certified ADHD Coach (SCAC) from the Institute for the Advancement of
ADHD Coaching (IAAC). Her clients include executives, academics,
lawyers, engineers, and physicians.
Since 2000, Dee has been the professional coach and member of the
trans-disciplinary team at a large medical center where she consults
with Developmental Pediatricians, Psychologists, Nurse Practitioners
and other health care professionals. Dee has extensive experience
coaching clients with and without Attention Deficit Hyperactivity
Disorder, Learning Disabilities and Aspergers Syndrome. Professional
experience includes, teaching, training, business management and
non-profit.
Dee is dedicated to growing the coaching profession and has extensive
experience training and speaking about coaching on a local and national
level. Her training includes; Inquiring Leadership, Question Center
Coaching, Adler School of Professional Coaching, SW. Parent Coaching,
CoachVille, FastTrack and Center for Disability Law, Level III Advocacy.
Contributions to Civic organizations have always been a part of Dee’s
professional life. She is the current Immediate Past President and
Executive Board member of the Institute for the Advancement of ADHD
Coaching (IAAC). Past Vice President and Board member of the Learning
Disabilities Association (LDA) of Arizona, and served as President of
the Scottsdale Chamber of Commerce Small Business Retail Council, where
she received the Small Business Community Service Award 1988.

MIKE MORAN
Mike possesses a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology and Anthropology and has been a full-time coach for three years. He has over 150 hours of coach training with Adler Professional School of Coaching and Fast Track Coaching. After a successful 30 year career in Sales management, Mike retired as a Regional Vice-President for Ste Michelle Vineyards, a subsidiary of UST, Inc., a Fortune 500 company. During his career, he received numerous sales and leadership awards and is recognized as a top performing sales executive.
His area of expertise is coaching individuals who are going through significant life and/or career transitions as well as executives who need support in organization, time management, prioritization and planning. Mike is well-positioned to provide coaching to individuals who have been impacted by corporate downsizing or are in the process a new phase of their life or career. He understands the transition an executive goes through when the career he or she has lived over the course of their work life is about to significantly change due to impending retirement. In addition, he has worked through numerous organizational changes throughout his career.

E. Lynn Lanoue
E. Lynn Lanoue is an Affiliate of Arizona Coaching and Consulting, LLC. She has spent over 25 years in the medical and healthcare business working for Baxter Healthcare Corporation and Nestlé Clinical Nutrition. Her extensive business experience includes senior sales management and training in sales, marketing, and strategic business development. Lynn has traditionally worked with senior leaders both domestically and internationally. Her achievements have included: The reorganization and creation of sales departments in the medical and natural products industries, the successful launch of products and marketing concepts, and the creation and execution of sales and consumer educational materials. She has won numerous sales and management awards including Baxter’s “President’s Circle” which recognizes superior achievement in Sales. Lynn combines her vast experience with intention and innovation. She is a Trained Professional Coach, Certified Six Sigma Green Belt and NLP Practitioner. Memberships include the International Coach Federation, The Greater Phoenix Chamber of Commerce Deer Valley Advisory Committee, and an appointee of the Deer Valley Planning Committee and Phoenix Women’s Commission. In 2001 she relocated from Chicago to Phoenix starting her own consulting business and expanded in 2006 to include coaching, seminars and workshops focusing on leadership development, change management and team excellence.
