Arizona Coaching and Consulting Center, LLC (AZC3) is a multi-faceted business that provides Executive, Leadership and Team coaching and general business and educational consulting services. The AZC3 coaching approach is designed to significantly improve the performance and effectiveness of individuals, teams and businesses.
The Company offers coaching support utilizing the Assess, Adopt and Sustain Coaching Process™ to design a leadership blueprint. AZC3 offers leadership coaching to executives and senior managers who are interested in achieving greater personal effectiveness and impact within their organization. Additional coaching support is available in the areas of career and life transition (e.g., promotion, corporate and military retirement) as well as coaching for individuals who need support in the areas of time management, organization, prioritizing, planning and wellness.
In addition to our coaching models, AZC3 offers focused seminars and workshops addressing the needs of today's challenging business environment. The Company also offers educational coaching strategies via workshops, training seminars and presentations for teachers, parents and students.
